Where is PayPal available?

PayPal is blocked or restricted in 2 and not offered in 14 of the 100 countries we track. Updated October 2026.

PayPal is not offered in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Turkey, Russia and a number of sanctioned countries. A VPN cannot fix this, because PayPal needs a local, verified identity and bank.
