What's going on
Kuwait blocked Roblox in August 2025 and allowed it back in late October 2025 on condition that in-game chat stays off and content is filtered. RSF ranks Kuwait 136th of 180 in 2026 and says its 2016 cybercrime law and censorship rules bar criticism of the government, the emir, the ruling family and religion online.
