What's going on
Chad cut access to WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube from March 2018 to July 2019, one of the longest social media blocks ever recorded, and blocked WhatsApp again for weeks in July 2020. There is no confirmed current block, but the risk during unrest stays high.
